Principle Uses: Extensively used in the food flavor trade. Also used in a wide range of toiletry formulations. Not so pungent as Peppermint and therefore better for body care formulas and room fragrances.

Properties: Good as a vapor inhalation (with other oils) for sinusitis; spasmodic & dry coughs; nausea; headaches; menstrual cramps; mental exhaustion and to aid concentration.  Has been used as an application (diluted) for headaches and neuralgia.
