Properties: A delightful fragrance for use alone or blended with other oils. As an inhalant it is excellent for sore throat, hoarseness, spasmodic coughs. It is a pleasant bath oil and ideal for lack of concentration, lethargy, emotional traumas and as a spiritual aid for transitions. Used in massage for easing muscle cramps and for its effects on the mind. Beware of the claims made for this oil on other web sites and in books, many are incorrect because they are based on the use of the herbal preparation, not the essential oil. |
