Principle Uses: In food flavor trades including alcoholic drinks meat sauces and deserts.

Properties: Reputed to be healing for skin damage such as fresh bruising, (the herb has an Ancient reputation for wound healing). The vapours are excellent for easing chronic coughs; as an expectorant and anti inflammatory in lung infections. Combined with massage the fragrance is used to relieve lethargy, particularly after colds and flu, also relieving depression,  nervous exhaustion, and related stress conditions.
