Principle Uses: In the food and drink flavoring trades. In the fragrance trades for perfumes, colognes, lotions, soaps etc.

Properties: Very Calming.  For conditions caused by anxiety such as over-excitation, insomnia and nausea of an emotional origin.  Many aromatherapists use this oil to help ease PMS symptoms in their clients.  An excellent oil to use in a massage or bath in the evening where total relaxation may lead to a sound sleep.
