Principle Uses: In the food flavor trade and natural health products.

Properties: This variety has a less pungent aroma than the onites varieties.
Powerful Anti-microbial.  Useful for respiratory tract ailments if the vapours are inhaled. Eases breathing in colds & flu

Used in massage to warm the skin and muscles making it useful for muscle pain and stiffness. Good for pre sports rubs.

Oregano oil has many medicinal uses, but due to medicines legislation we cannot list them all here.

Safe uses: This oil must be well diluted before use or it will burn the skin or mucus membranes.  Avoid transferring it from the fingers to the eyes the same as when using chillies.
