Rosehip Seed oil is a tissue regenerator, helping to prevent signs of aging, reducing scar tissue, and minimizing wrinkles as research in Chile has shown.
Rosehip seed oil is the ONLY vegetable oil which naturally contains trans-retinoic acid (vitamin A). Rosehip oil is high in both Linoleic Fatty Acid (Omega 6) (44-50%) and Linolenic Fatty Acids (Omega 3) (30-35%)] and Oleic Acid (15-20%), and also cCarotenoids, Flavonoids, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E. It is one of the best oils for use on dry, mature skin, as it is made up of between 75-80% essential fatty acids, which feed and nourish the skin.
I especially recommend a blend of Rose Hip seed oil and Carrot Seed Essential Oil for anti-aging effects and I personally add Rose and Frankincense Essential Oils to the mix. Use on dry, scaly fissured skin, dull skin, eczema, psoriasis, over pigmented skin, scars, (Note, blend with Helichrysum Italicum for fading old scar, prophylactic after burns or trauma; ulcerated veins and scars. Can be useful in treating PMS and menopause.

Because of it's high absorption rate it penetrates the skin quickly and does not leave you feeling greasy after applying. Rosehip seed oil is even said to help accelerate normal cellular growth in the epidermis without any side effects, and has been used to help heal acute dermatitis, dry eczema, burns (including sunburn and radiation burns), help heal difficult to heal wounds, and can help to diminish fine lines and wrinkles and has also been used to help diminish scars (both old and new).
